Known Problems and Temporary limitations:

1. The following constants are not supported for MQSendMessage() and MQReceiveMessage pTransaction parameter: MQ_MTS_TRANSACTION and MQ_XA_TRANSACTION.
2. The installation of the MQC management console on a cluster may be required to be installed manually on any fail-over nodes.  This is only necessary on NT 4.0 systems, and if the console is to be run locally on the cluster node that was automatically installed during a fail-over event.
